She has extensive commercial experience covering legal practice, strategic management and corporate finance — especially within business development, change management and information technology across Investment Banking, Financial Regulation, Insurance, Mortgages, Education, Retail and Aviation.

Bolaji is the Managing Director and a member of the executive management team. A Chartered Stockbroker with forte in Trading, Research and Financial Advisory spanning over a decade, he is also an astute Business Development Analyst.

Temitope is a finance and risk professional with over 10 years of experience in credit analysis, enterprise risk management and portfolio oversight. He has worked with Cedrus Group Africa and the Lagos Commodities and Futures Exchange, where he led risk frameworks and regulatory initiatives.

Musibau is the Chief Financial Officer of Kedari Capital Limited. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, with a Master's in Business Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University.

Mrs. Abatan serves on the Board of Kedari Capital Limited, contributing extensive experience across financial services, governance and strategy to the group's oversight of investments, risk and long-term value creation.

Mrs. Olatoye serves on the Board of Kedari Capital Limited, bringing multi-sector professional experience to the board's oversight of strategy, governance and stakeholder engagement across the group.

Mr. Afolabi serves on the Board of Kedari Capital Limited, contributing seasoned executive experience to the board's oversight of strategy, risk, conduct and long-term value creation across the group.

Chief Oye Balogun is a seasoned entrepreneurial executive with several decades of experience across financial services, legal practice, infrastructure/property development and commerce. He is a Founding Director and current Chairman of the Board of Kedari Capital Limited.

Mr. Adewakun is the Managing Partner of Heymobile Limited (a subsidiary of Metropolitan Consortium Nig. Ltd). An experienced aviation professional with a diverse public and private sector background, he has held senior leadership positions including Executive Director at Master Piece Projects and General Manager, Commercial at the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).

Mr. Akindele is the exclusive Nigerian representative for H. Oil SA Madrid, Japan Enery UK/Gencore UK, Total Limited/Brenstol Ireland and Todal Inc, Geneva. He has over 28 years of experience in the oil & gas sector, with a B.Sc (Hons) from the University of Lagos and a degree in International Trading in Crude Oil and Petroleum Products from Oxford University's St. Catherine's College.

Mrs. Usman is the Managing Director of I-Net Global Services (ISP). An integrity-driven leader with diverse business knowledge, she is versatile in business development and recognised for her prudent management of human and financial resources.
