Chief Oye Balogun

Chief Oye Balogun is a seasoned entrepreneurial executive with several decades of experience across financial services, legal practice, infrastructure/property development and commerce. He is a Founding Director and current Chairman of the Board of Kedari Capital Limited.

As Chairman, he provides strategic oversight and governance guidance across the group's investment banking, corporate finance and advisory operations. His leadership reflects deep expertise in complex capital structuring and institutional relationship management.

He also serves as Chairman of the Advisory Board at First Atlantic Bank. He has been Managing Partner at Oye Balogun & Co (a commercial law firm) since 1991, and Managing Director of JB Maye PDC since 2006.
