Whistle Blowing Policy
We are committed to the highest standards of integrity. This policy summarises how staff, clients and third parties can confidentially report concerns about wrongdoing — and how those reports are protected and investigated.
What you can report
Concerns include suspected fraud, bribery and corruption, theft, market abuse, money laundering, conflicts of interest, breaches of law or internal policy, harassment, and any conduct that endangers people or assets.

Postal: marked 'Strictly confidential — Whistle Blowing', addressed to the Chairman of the Board Audit Committee, Kedari House, 8A Ojora Close, off Idowu Martins Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Reports can be made anonymously.
Protection
We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith, even if the concern is later found to be unsubstantiated.
Investigation
Reports are reviewed by an independent committee, investigated proportionately and escalated to regulators where required by law.
Confidentiality
We protect the identity of the reporter to the maximum extent permitted by law.
