Data Subject Request Procedure
You have rights over the personal data we hold about you, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. This procedure explains how to exercise those rights.
Who can submit a request
Any individual whose personal data is processed by Kedari Capital — including clients, prospective clients, vendors and employees — may submit a Data Subject Request.
How to submit
Email dpo@kedaricapital.com with the subject line 'Data Subject Request'. Include your full name, contact details, the right you are exercising and any relevant identifiers (e.g. account number).
We may ask for proof of identity to make sure we share personal data only with the right person.
Timelines
We respond to verified requests within one calendar month. If a request is particularly complex we may extend by a further two months, in which case we will tell you why.
Fee
Requests are handled free of charge. We may charge a reasonable fee, or refuse to act, where requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive.
Complaints
If you believe we have not handled your request properly you may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or the equivalent regulator in your jurisdiction.
